Following hotel pick up by your tour guide at 7 am from Dhaka airport arrival Terminal -2 or your designation hotel in Dhaka then you’ll start for Navaratna Temple at Hatikumrul. Navaratna Temple A unique archaeological treasure was constructed during the reign of Nawab Murshidkuli Khan (1704-1720 A.D.). Behula Lakshindar Basor Ghor After lunch you'll proceed to Behula Lakshindar Basor Ghor. It is considered the oldest archaeological site of our country. Mahasthangarh Then you’ll visit the Mahasthangarh which is the oldest archaeological site in Bangladesh.It dates back to 700 BCE and the earliest urban archaeological site so far discovered in Bangladesh. Govinda Bhita Govinda Bhita a high mound, traditionally ascribed to be the site of a Govinda temple and is located outside the northern rampart of mahasthinagarh (Pundranagar) of Bogra district. On its eastern and northern sides flows the moribund Karatoya. kn dikshit excavated the mound in 1928-29 and nazimuddin ahmed conducted a deep digging here in 1960. After visiting Govinda Bhita transfer to Dinajpur hotel for an overnight stay.
Ramsagar National Park After breakfast at 8am your first stop will be Ramsagar National Park and Ramsagar Lake which is the biggest excavated pond of Bangladesh.King Ramnath excavated this pond during the reign of Nawab Alivardi Khan.This pond was excavated to remove the scarcity of water of the local inhabitants. Kantajew Temple Next, you'll proceed to Kantajew Temple.The most ornate among the late medieval Hindu temples of Bangladesh Kantajew Temple was built by Maharaja Pran Nath in 1752. Nayabad Mosque Head over to Nayabad Mosque.The mosque was constructed in 1793 AD during the reign of Mughal emperor Shah Alam II. Sompur Mahavihara After lunch start for Ruins of the Buddhist Vihara at Paharpur. Visit Somapur Mahavihara which was once a renowned intellectual centre until its demise in the 12th Century AD. By evening transfer to Naogaon hotel for overnight stay.
Kusumba Mosque After breakfast at 8am start for Kusumba Mosque at Naogaon.This mosque is one of the best preserved ancient monuments of Bangladesh.According to an inscription it was erected by a patron Sulayman in 1558 during the reign of Ghiyath al-Din Bahadur Shah. Chhoto Sona Mosque After lunch start for Chhoto Sona Mosque in Chapai Nawabganj. At the reign of Sultan Hossain Shah (1493-1519), this Mosque was built by Wali Muhammad son. Then visit Tahkhana Complex, Tohakhana Masjid built in 1695 during reign of Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb. It was built by Gazi Yaar Mohammed, who was supposed to be a commander of Emperor Aurangzeb's one of commandos.It is one of the most oldest mosque in West Bengal and declared as a Heritage by the Govt. of West Bengal. After visiting Darasbari Mosque and Chika Mosque transfer to Rajshahi hotel for overnight stay. Tahakhana, Majar and Mosjid Tahkhana Complex is located on the bank of a pond called Zahedulbala at a distance of 500m. towards north-west of Chhoto Sona Mosque. Two-storeyed in plan, the building called Tahkhana measures 35.35 x 11.58 m. On its first floor, there are 17 rooms of which two are octagonal. The octagonal room on the north-west was used for performing Salah, while the rest for different purposes, viz-saloon, recreation, dining, meeting hammam etc. The hammam complex proper is located on the south if the Tahkhana. Darashbari Masjid Darasbari Mosque is a historic mosque that was built in 1479 AD and is located in Shibganj Upazila of Chapai Nawabganj District, Bangladesh. It is situated about one kilometer to the south-west Kotwali Gate and about half kilometer to the west of the Choto Sona mosque. By evening you'll transfer to Rajshahi for an overnight stay.
Puthia Temple Complex Following Hotel pickup from 7 am, you'll start for Puthia Temple Complex. Here you’ll visit The Shiva Temple, Jagannath Temple, Dol Mandir, The Puthia Rajbari or Palace of the Raja of Puthia, Pancharatna Gobinda Temple and Bara Ahnik Mandir. Bagha Mosque After lunch start for Bagha Mosque. It is the Shahi (grand) mosque of Bagha, the most beautifully decorated mosque built in the independent sultanate period of Bengal by Nasrat Shah, the Sultan of independent Bengal, in 1523-24, the mosque is well known for its depiction on the banknote of fifty taka. By evening you’ll start for Dhaka. At around 5:00 pm, we'll drop off you at your Dhaka Airport where the tour will end. If time allow us we will visit National Martyrs' Monument in Dhaka while returning.
